**Bio**: Robert Rivers received his doctorate under supervision from Dr. Elizabeth Saewyc examining the role of school connectedness on substance use patterns of street-involved youth. He began working in federal politics with an MP who served on the Standing Committee of Health where he outlined the national pharmacare study with a colleague that was conducted by the PBO.
