This free event is an opportunity to showcase nursing students' hard work, and enjoy networking, a free lunch, and refreshments! The theme for this year’s symposium is: *The Power of Collaboration: Advancing Together*. The deadline for abstract submission is **Friday, April 11th**. The research symposium is held the same day as the [UBC Nursing Gala](https://nursing.ubc.ca/community/events/2025/2025-nursing-gala) for those planning on attending that event. Prizes will be handed out for the top presentations! The tentative schedule of the research symposium is below: 10:30am - Symposium Start (coffee & network) 11:00am - Land Acknowledgement & Keynote Speaker 11:45am - Poster Session 12:15pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Oral Presentations\* 2:30pm - Networking Break 2:45pm - World Café (networking event) 3:45pm - Awards & Closing Remarks *\*Please note there are a limited number of spots available for oral presentations.* Registration is open to nursing students at the undergraduate and graduate levels enrolled in any nursing program in BC.
